A mixture of Smartphone and Tablet is intended to represent the new HTC pyramid, because the Taiwanese manufacturer HTC wants to bring it 3.0 honeycomb, which is actually designed for tablets, with the new Android operating system on the market. The new smartphone HTC pyramid is not as big as a tablet, but it has already a considerable size as a Smartphone with a touch screen 4.3-inch. The resolution can actually see with 960 x 540 pixels. Your phone should be equipped with a Super clear LCD screen. The HTC Pyramit has a dual-core processor from Qualcomm with a speed of 1.2 GHz. It is equipped with a 768 MB of RAM. You have access to the Internet with HSPA + and Wi-Fi. It is not yet known what speeds are possible.
A disadvantage: Android 3.0 provides no phone function. For a Smartphone, it includes however. A retrofit of the sense surface should be possible. The HTC pyramid has a 8-megapixel camera on the back. A 1, 3-megapixel camera for video telephony should be on the front.
A further innovation by HTC is the shooter. It is exclusively produced for the American mobile operator Sprint. It should be equipped with a CDMA radio module. This is not compatible with the German mobile networks. The HTC shooter should be equipped with the operating system Android 2.3.2 gingerbread. The HTC shooter CTIA will be presented at the exhibition held by the 22.03 to 24.03.2011 in Florida. It is not known whether also the HTC pyramid is presented.
